Returns
Payment returns are not provided. From the time you select to translate a document/documents and pay for the service online, you have consented to have it translated.
Translation Replacement
We only replace translations if they are defective or damaged. If you need to have a translation re-issued, send a copy of your item to the shipping address below.
Shipping
To return your defective or damaged translation, you should mail your product to: PTSA – Translation Returns 1024 Ann Street, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane QLD 4006, Australia
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your document will be re-issued upon receipt.
Late or missing re-issued translations
If you have not received your re-issued translation by e-mail or post within two weeks from the date you mailed the document back to us please send us a message in the contact us section of this website.
